The NFA, GSA, Hughes amendment etc are ALL Unconstitutional. Period.
Listen to their fraudulent rhetoric such as the nonexistent gun show loophole then judge their honesty and intent..
Also, the militia is clearly defined as all male citizens over 16 years of age in good standing and any other citizens in good standing that wish to join.

It's funny a Brit doesn't understand what the 2nd amendment. It was to keep an English like dictator from doing the same thing in England. A lot of our laws exist because of British rule.

Somewhere I heard that the second amendment says the right of the citizens to bear arms shall not be infringed so if it's in friends with any type of gun control law that's an infringement and it's unconstitutional ? In my opinion the reason that the United States is having trouble with the gun is that the perpetrators of Sears crimes are not punished if you put a criminal in jail for life he probably living better than he did when he was on the outside !!! I can get behind the red flag law if it's to flag School students or people who don't own firearms now that would make sense obviously there are other criteria to follow to make sure someone just wasn't mad at somebody and and then went to the authorities just to stir someones cage and there's definitely as you had said in this video if someone makes a false report the penalties need to be extra firm not just firm but extra firm some people could live with a firm penalty but an extra firm penalty is like well you did that to yourself stupid also I'm looking at the point of view listening more to the point to the point of view I heard on this recording and when I was your age or presumably your guest age AR-15s were not called assault rifles they were referred to as civilian version of the M16 in order for a rifle to be assault rifle a it has to have a bayonet lug b it has to have a detachable box fed magazine see it has to have a selector switch that allows it to go from semi to full or three round burst if it doesn't shoot more than one round per trigger pull it is not an assault rifle however you can refer to it as a self-defense rifle or a sporting rifle or a militia rifle these would be accurate depictions to keep it simple if the United States military had no use for its function in front line combat you could be sure it's not an assault rifle

It is actually illegal in many states to use .223/5.56 to hunt, not because it's too devastating but the opposite it's too small. I hunt with a 30-06 great round for medium to large game. I now own an AR that I may hunt with this year as it is chamberd in 300hamr 30 cal. yet still smaller than the 30-06 that is one of the most popular hunting rounds in the US.

The founders intended the citizens to be able to be armed equivalent to the Tyrannical army that would be used against them. Now that would include arms commonly used by that army as a citizens could afford to aquire. I do believe no mass destruction weapon like a nuclear bomb would be included nor chemical weapons or biological ones! Automatic weapons including anti tank weapons and tanks themselves are legal under the 2nd Amendment!
No magazine restriction is valid, as the tyrants must still be our main concern. Yamamoto knew not to even try and invade the US after Pearl Harbor they could not expect to take this Nation down as a gun behind every door was a huge deterrent and still is!! A shotgun is far deadlier in most situations thankfully the antigun crowd encourage the use of the scary AR rifle and the young people today are lead by feelings and ignorance. FFS…yes you can own an cannon. I believe it was John Adams who confirmed it in a letter to a privateer and pointed directly back to the 2nd amendment and this was after the bloody whisky rebellion.

Laws restricting your 1A rights, by the wording of the US Constitution, are more acceptable than those restricting your 2A rights.

Are not red flag laws not an infringement like any 2nd amendment regulation or law? Harvard's 1791 dictionary has the same definition of infringement as today's. So any regulation or law is an infringement.

With respect, Joey…the 5.56 or .223 round shot from a rifle will do more damage than a 9mm shot from a handgun. If I had a choice, I'd rather be shot with a 9mm. Obviously, I'd rather not be shot at all.
There is actually a letter written to Thomas Jefferson specifically asking if the second amendment covered cannons because he wanted to mount them on his ships there's a merchant Jefferson seemed almost annoyed in his letter of reply explaining to him that of course he can own cannons so that pretty well settles that, thought this guy is an expert.
There are several videos showing that the time it takes the empty 30 round magazine or the time it takes to empty three ten round magazines or five five round magazines is literally less than 2 seconds difference with anyone who has avrage reload skills. Matter of fact there was a police officer who did a video on this and a few of the guys from his department took a random woman and had her empty the mags as fast as she could and they timed it it makes no difference
