It’s a 1987 Cadillac Cimarron review! In this week’s episode of Regular Car Reviews, we’ll go into why the Cadillac Cimarron has a reputation as the worst car ever made, and why it represents one of GM’s biggest failures. The 1987 Cadillac Cimarron we’re reviewing is an interesting piece of automotive history, so we’ll go over all the details in classic RCR style, including getting behind the wheel and showing you what the driving experience is all about. Is this car really as bad as its reputation? Or could it be a surprise gem? Check out our review of the 1987 Cadillac Cimarron!

My mother had a Cimarron and it was a piece of junk. It just goes to show that GM doesn't care what it puts on four tires.

There are still tons of Opel Asconas on roads in Ukraine, apart from being a "fake Cadillac" this car doesn't really deserve so much htае
I think I could’ve made the Cimmaron work
80s porn music🤪
I wonder how an owner would feel submitting the car for review and having it royally shit upon…
Hard to believe but someone (maybe a few) traded in their Cadillac Cimarron for a Cadillac Catera.
This whole thing could have been done in 8 seconds by just saying "The Cadillac Cimarron is a Chevy Cavalier wearing costume jewelry from Dollar Tree"
Those trunk racks that no one ever used! 😆
they sold these all the way to 98? It was it the J body that was used until 98?
With the more recent love of overlanding/safari vehicles, the truck luggage rack might have a place again.
RCR: Nobody gets fucked over ever! – A mark
For the price of the Cimarron, you could buy a nicely equipped Monte Carlo or Caprice.

It's "jif". No matter how much you try to deny it, it is "jif". The guy who made the format says it's pronounced "jif". So that's it.
Go ahead. Continue to pronounce it "gif". You and all those that do sound uneducated though.
The twilight sentinel thing killed me. People were bragging about the "auto" feature on the Lightswitch and the "coming-leaving home" function in the mid to late 2000s, at least here in Germany. In the US it was available in the 80s🤷🏻♂️
Happy belated birthday Roman!
I don’t read books any more, I just play these videos
The worst thing Cadillac ever did was start producing cars that looked like Oldsmobile Buick Pontiac and Chevrolet. In the 80s Cadillac looked like everything other than Cadillac, except for their big boy cars.
My grandpa worked at a Chevy dealer in the late 70s to early 90s. He had a nickname for this car, the simmeron due to the fact that this car was, in his words, a “simmering piece of shit”
Anyone notice the owner Steve’s Donut hat?
MO POWAH BAYBEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ramon, happy birthday 🎂
Ah, the Cunkleman Family of Dealerships. Always there for you automotive needs.
Basically a Cavalier with leather seats and some fake prestige thrown in for good measure
How about that turquoise M2 in the parking lot ?
Jerome? That sounds like Janet's husband is from a certain poutine-eating province in Canada.
The only good thing about this Cadillac Cimarron is that 2.8 MPFI engine under the hood. Had many cars in my younger days with this 2.8 engine, and not once did I have any mechanical problem with this engine. I like GM retro cars, but this isn't one of them.
My neighbors at the time bought one of those. They were so proud. For like 6 months. The car just dissolved.
My condolences, Mrs. Biddle.
This car is what the line in the Paul Oakenfold song "Ready Steady Go" is about, when Paul Oakenfold sings "Cinnamaron!!”.
Yeah.
Cimarron,cimarron,cimarron…….what's a cimarron?
I'd rather have the Dodge Aspen.
Twilight Sentinel definitely needs to be a FromSoft boss.
pretty clean caddy, it would made a good first car
I can remember my grandfather had one of these in the mid 90s and I can remember him saying that the reason he bought it was because of 2 reasons: #1 it was cheap used and #2 its a vehicle no one would want to steal. The previous owner had an anti theft immobilizer installed on it and he would always point out how pointless it was to have that on a car not worth stealing!
I didn't know these came in manual!
KUNKLEMAN CHEVROLET 😂😂😂😂
It’s still pronounced GIF
I want to interview for the gsm position at Kunkleman Chevrolet!
Did he rip a fart @ 27 seconds??
