I always enjoy reviews, thanks
I own a SCCY pistol, and I agree. To me, it is bedside, and I count it as a 'throw away' gun. I would take a Kel tec small 9mm over it. It's a last resort grab, and a fair example of you get what you pay for.
As to Taurus as a substitute, I have heard enough good and bad of Taurus, but have yet to meet any real Taurus owners, which makes me leery.
Great video, I agree, thank u from nyc
Nice shirt 👊
Love my beretta tomcat. Deep cover. But I am smaller than average height and have the right hands for it.
Would love to see a review of the Beretta bobcat

My wife had a SCCY for a short time because they had one in Tiffany Blue and she wanted it. It functioned very poorly with American-made brass case ammo. It actually functioned better with steel cased Russian ammo. It had extraction issues more than anything as far as the reliability factor. I’m convinced that the lacquer on the steel cased gave the case that thousandth or two of an inch it needed to fit snugly for reliable extraction. As far as I’m concerned, anything that functions poorly with brass cased ammo is garbage. It wasn’t an ammo issue either as the ammo from that same box functioned flawlessly in my CZ75 B. She later sold it and I bought her an M&P 9C which is obviously a much better pistol.
The sccy cpx2 I got one and totally agree with you 100%
It's a semiautomatic, revolvers can't go fully automatic and so only revolvers are single action or double action based on what the trigger does, but mag fed pistols are semiautomatic or fully automatic
Just got a sub from me already from the gaethje t shirt in the beginning 💯😂
Great to see good citizens protecting themself these days .
Speaking of the Shield 2.0, that's my everyday concealed carry. Love this gun to pieces, and would absolutely trust it with my life
E: On the topic of .22LR… I have neutral things to say about my Walther P22. It's a nice little 10+1, and it's only a bit smaller than my Shield 2.0 (which is chambered in .380 ACP, mind you), but holy fuck… put a 100 rounds through it, and it's malfunction city. I've gone to the range with the damn thing, and had to carry my cleaning kit to be able to reassemble the damn thing after troubleshooting some of the malfunctions I've encountered
What's up with the woman putting her finger near the muzzle when shooting?
Don't tell me my guns ain't , no good…
SCCY handguns are reliable. I polished the feed port in mine and cut and stretched the recoil spring to make the slide lighter for 2 reasons. The first is to make the slide lighter and the second is to get .380 bullets to cycle in it. It worked. Never jammed on me. Lost it in a house fire. Lost all my guns except one revolver in it
That SCCY is a stolen design by some former Kel Tec employees. It's a poor copy of KT's P11 which I carry often myself. The P11 is an older design and the trigger is like a double action revolver but mine has always been reliable with good ammo and factory mags. It's still very light compared to other 9mms with similar capacity.
When looking at 380s the Ruger is reliable and accurate, but it has a horrible trigger. The only .380 I would carry (and I do from time to time) is a Sig P238 and you will NOT find a 9mm that is as small/compact as the Sig P238 (or the Ruger LCP). Sure you can get some small 9mm…but not that small.
I like how he says what's wrong with the gun still tells you if it works for you it works but the options he gives after are really around the same price range an they are way better
SCCY is pronounced Sky, just like SKYY Vodka. I'm not even an internet personality, and I know you don't spell it out 😉 According to Wikipedia, the company name was originally going to be Skyy, but after trademark concerns regarding the use of the name by SKYY vodka, the name was changed to SCCY.
Absolutely despise SCCYs. Horrid triggers and not reliable at all. Bought one on a whim and could not wait to sell it. Built like a cheap toy. Horrid !
Love the shirt player!! Justin's been my guy since he was the lightweight WEC champion! Love that mf'ers heart inside and outside the octagon.
When you get shot in real life and you’re not in YouTube fantasy land, you never see it coming and it doesn’t matter what you carry. If someone wants you dead you’re dead because they’re acting with intent and you’re not. There is no substitute for acting with intent. The lot of you should understand this concept before you go LARPing with your firearms.
This is list is spot on for my gun store. I don't carry them just because I don't deal with the malfunctions, and issues.
I'm still laughing from I would rather have a knife
The back handed compliment was hilarious – “don’t get me wrong it’s the best one in THIS list”
If he had a choice to carry a gun or not to carry a gun your carry one of those fives you say you will never carry
Honest outlaw?
There’s a oxymoron. That’s sort of like a “average smart amerikkkan”
“Honourable Cop” ,“Ethical Nazi” or a “actual funny Seinfeld joke”
I'm only 5'10", and I'm trying to figure out why you said the Remington was too big for concealed carry. I carry a Glock 34 concealed up to 18 hours a day. It doesn't print at all with me wearing a tshirt and cargo shorts. I can hide the Glock 34 as easily as that tiny Kahr you tested. You must be using some substandard holsters.
My carry pistol for concealed carry is a smith and Wesson 380 ez which is amazing and for more full size fun try the Taurus tx22
I don’t have personal experience with any of the guns other than the Taurus PT-22 and I agree it’s not a carry gun I bought it and it is a good eff around gun an overpriced toy to play with .22 LR I never had feeding issues and bought it for the same reasons you did it looked cool
If we talking about bad guns I was gifted a tec 9 recently and lemme tell you as cool as it looks you got about one shot if you’re lucky before it jams and with a 32 round mag you’ll waste over half the ammo just tryna clear the damn thing
I've got a friend that loves his SCCY-CPX. Without trying to hurt his feelings (because it was a gift from his daughter) I asked him about reliability and he told me "I've never shot it". THIS IS HIS CARRY GUN! I've begged him to shoot it and he keeps telling me he will. It's been 2 years. He lives in Texas and I'm in Florida or I would pick him up and take him to the range. I've sent him a link to this video and he hasn't even watched it. You can lead a horse to water…..
