Not true ive used a bunch out of my glock 19. No jams
In militia where I'm in, we have the old generation paint projectiles which requires the soldier/operator to change to a practice barrel and change the buffer on his/her M/95 (M4 cousin). These parts are indicated by blue colour on both components
The new generation works just fine with regular barrel and buffer but makes the rifling very dirty.
The point of simunition was that you used your duty weapon, with a modified spring and barrel. It didn't jam because it had a modified spring in it.
