Dushka: The Ukrainian military's modified Soviet-built machine gun
One of the most iconic machine guns ever built is the Soviet-made DShK .50 calibre heavy machine gun, better known as the ‘Dushka’ which means ‘Dear’ in Russian.
It has been used in wars from Vietnam to Syria and an adapted version is being used by the Ukrainian military.
The Dushka was originally developed in the 1930s as an anti-aircraft gun and can fire 600 rounds a minute at a range of 1.5 miles.

And if you don't do what they want, they start insulting and attacking you. You can see it with their actor Zelenskyj, he accuses the EU of not yet paying him the 8 billion that the EU allocated for support, he accuses Israel and Hungary of not helping.

i get MG 08/15 Vibes from that gun, the germans had the MG08 in WW1 but they wanted an LMG to move arround so they took the MG 08 and made some Bipods for it and took it with them XD the worlds first modern LMG with more then 30 rounds
It is ДШКМ-ТК (modernized-tactical) on a video and it has effective range up to 3500 metres with a proper scope (sniper machine gun).

I saw many of this weapon mounted on pickup trucks during the Libyan Civil War in 2011.

DShK (GRAU — 56-P-542 index) is a Soviet heavy machine gun with a 12.7×108 mm cartridge. Developed on the basis of the design of the large-caliber machine gun DC.
In February 1939, the DShK was adopted by the Red Army under the designation "12.7 mm large—caliber Degtyarev – Shpagin machine gun of the 1938 model".
While maintaining the principle of operation of automation and the locking circuit of the barrel of the DC machine gun, the power mechanism was completely changed (it provided the supply of the cartridge belt either from the right side or from the left). The large-caliber machine gun of the 1938/46 model is characterized by a relatively high firing efficiency. In terms of muzzle energy, which ranged from 18.8 to 19.2 kJ, it surpassed almost all existing machine gun systems of this caliber. Thanks to this, a large penetration effect of the bullet on armored targets has been achieved: at a range of 500 m, it penetrates high-hardness steel armor with a thickness of 15 mm (20 mm of medium-hardness armor type RHA).
The machine gun has a fairly high rate of fire, which determines the effectiveness of fire on fast-moving targets. Maintaining a high rate of fire, despite the increase in caliber, was facilitated by the introduction of a buffer device in the back of the machine gun. The elastic buffer also softens the impacts of the mobile system in the extreme rear position, which favorably affects the survivability of parts and accuracy of shooting.

The same happened with Flak 88, the gun was so good that it became more known for killing tanks than for taking down aircrafts despite being originally designed as antiaircraft guns.
I'd like to point out there's a huge difference between Russian 12.7×108mm and American 50 BMG (12.7×99mm)
It's not just longer, the case has more volume. It's A LOT meaner round.
This is non sense.. Ukraine fights for liberty and decommunisation. So this weapon should not exist
