He was an hero…..the irony is he disobeyed orders and because he saved a lot of soldiers he was decorated I am sure if it went wrong and he and his fellow soldiers were killed or compromised the evacuation it would been a different story they probably would have court martial him and blamed everything on him.

Non-Disclosure Agreements should include a monthly stipend (e.g. $100/month) as part of the deal, in addition to the much larger settlement (e.g. $1M). The corporation will eventually and inevitably forget to pay the monthly stipend, and the Non-Disclosure Agreement thus would end (after some grace period, say 90 days). Then one could write the Tell-All book.
I'll never accept a 'lifetime' NDA unless accompanied by a monthly stipend, even if it was just $10/month. Corporations should pay, monthly, for one's silence.

This truly pisses me off! My father went through similar shit after the Vietnam war ! He was wounded got honorable discharge and came back home but the Vietnam soldiers were called baby killers ! He couldn’t get a job and ended up taking his own life! Respect our soldiers they are true heroes! And Trump saying he prefers people who didn’t get captured! Screw him!
